Title: Where love is born, loneliness dies.
Love is more
than a whisper on the edge of morning,
more than entwined hands
passing the dawn in silence.
It is a weight we lift together,
a stone we carry on our shoulders,
yet in its core glows a warmth
that shelters us on the coldest nights.
.
It is like a tree whose roots, tangled
and unseen by the eye, intertwine and strengthen,
holding fast even when the earth around them cracks.
.
It is not the rain that falls and vanishes,
but a river that flows, steadfast,
through fields of storms and fallows.
.
It is an irrevocable decision,
repeated each day like a prayer,
a choice to endure when the days are grey,
when passion is only a shadow beyond the window,
and duties grow like weeds.
.
It is a bridge built from compromises,
raised from bricks that bear names.
It is a strength unseen in photographs,
unreflected in the eyes of others.
It is she—quiet and unyielding—
holding hands when others try to pull them apart.
.
With love in our hearts, we wake not because
we must, but because we want to.
With it, we move forward when all else retreats,
for it is a vow,
an oath not spoken in words
but in years of sorrow and minutes of joy.
It is the most precious gift,
not wrapped in festive paper,
but in daily care,
in small gestures that together become a miracle.
