Title: Difficult at first, messy in the middle, and magnificent in the end.

Autumn spreads golden rays,

trees slowly shed their leaves,

falling silently,

reminiscent of change

hidden in the rustle of the wind.

It arrives unnoticed,

one day like a gentle rain,

the next like a violent storm.

Emotions – uncertainty, fear, excitement,

sometimes bring a breath of freshness.

Other times they ossify,

taking on a cloak of invisibility.

Inevitable, conscious change,

and change over which we have no control –

regardless of the type,

is the only constant.

How to survive it?

With an open mind

to accept what we cannot change

and the strength to shape what lies in our hands.
