Title: Signs on a Road That
Doesn't Exist
I travel paths long abandoned by others
I pass places full of silence.
In the distance, I see only the outlines
of dreams born as a child.
Goals, like carvings in stone,
though they change daily,
I shape with effort and faith.
The path to them is rarely straight,
more often winding and steep, shrouded in fog.
Standing at a crossroads, I know
that light is born from darkness,
that the sun shines even when it's invisible –
always showing the direction
when other signs fail.
I am part of a story
written on the invisible pages of life.
I am not afraid to stop
to breathe, because the direction
in which I go is as important as the destination..
I listen to the voice of love and truth,
I am not looking for a map. I have it in my heart
where my true self rests.
And it is this heart that will guide me onward
when the wind blows in my eyes.
