MORIR DE AMOR

No quiero morir de viejo,

quiero morir de Amor,

encriptar tu corazón,

como pájaro de fuego,

anidarme entre tu cuerpo,

con desmanes de ilusión,

sumergirme de pasión,

como pez en su arroyuelo,

conquistar tu virgen sendero,

de flores y girasol,

teñidos de tornasol,

por tus ojos de azul cielo,

mujer indómita quiero,

profanar tu piel de flor,

sentirme dueño y señor,

de tus labios y sentimientos,

si mi fin serán mis huesos,

en un cuenco de dolor,

prefiero morir de amor,

que sin tu amor morir de viejo.

TO DIE OF LOVE

I don't wish to die of age,

I yearn to die of Love's embrace,

to encrypt your heart with grace,

like a phoenix in a fiery cage,

to nestle deep within your space,

with dreams that time cannot efface,

to submerge in fervent chase,

like a fish within a water's base,

to claim your path with gentle pace,

of blooms and sunflowers' happy face,

tinted with an amber trace,

by eyes of azure, sky's own grace,

indomitable woman I'd replace,

your petal skin with all my praise,

to feel the King, and own the place,

of your lips and your embrace,

if my end's a boney case,

in a tearful, mournful space,

I'd rather die in love's sweet phase,

than without your love, in time's harsh pace.
