 Relaxation and rest are a universal law, a physical and mental necessity.  Nothing comes of over-tuning the string when what you want is harmony, not resistance.

 The body always responds to need and reserves energy when necessary.  From time to time take a break and gain momentum.

 There is so much that the pressure of society manages to do so by mistreating themselves, many end up giving up their lives, without reasons, without obligation, simply without health there is no good future.

 You are not a machine, an object, or a resource. You are as valuable as anyone else, like your bosses, and your employers.  So, in every contract never sell your free time.  ⚜️
