Title: Girl with Spring in Her Testament

The air smells of spring awakening,

of green grass and white primroses.

The trees are waking up, the early rising sun is radiant,

scattering the blue sky around.

In moments like these, I wonder, incomprehensibly,

how it is that I, too, am changing.

Standing wounded at life's turning point,

I search for a way to fulfill my dreams.

I let go of wrongs and suffering,

I sweep the thought from my soul with a tearful thought.

I surround time with my heart, which is becoming more beautiful,

to honor it: to absorb it with my whole being.

I turn every imperfection into a stroke of luck.

I don't want to miss a single moment

of the joy that energizes me when

the hazel blossoms bloom outside the window.
