Me declaro ser culpable,

de gritarle al universo,

y contarles en mi verso,

que yo te amo inigualable.

Me declaro ser culpable,

por amarte hasta el silencio,

y al besarte reverencio,

cada minuto palpable.

Me declaro ser culpable,

de enviarte tantas rosas,

y agitar tus mariposas,

con suspiro incalculable.

Me declaro ser culpable,

de cantarte serenatas,

y en caricias insensatas,

dibujarte un sol afable.

Me declaro ser culpable,

de tu insomnio en madrugada,

por dejarte enamorada,

con mi verso invulnerable.

Me declaro ser culpable,

de robarte aquellos besos,

que te dejaron impresos,

momentos inolvidables.

Me declaro ser culpable,

por llenarte de locura,

sin remedios a una cura,

me declaro ser culpable.

THE GUILTY ONE

I confess I am the guilty,

for proclaiming to the skies,

in my verses, no disguise,

that my love for you is silty.

I confess I am the guilty,

for adoring you in quiet,

and with kisses, I pay tribute,

to each moment, truly vivid.

I confess I am the guilty,

for sending roses in streams,

stirring butterflies with dreams,

with a sigh that’s ever mighty.

I confess I am the guilty,

for serenades that I croon,

and with caresses opportune,

painting suns so warm and sprightly.

I confess I am the guilty,

for your sleepless dawn’s embrace,

leaving you in love’s sweet grace,

with my verse, unyielding, spryly.

I confess I am the guilty,

for stealing kisses that stay,

etched in mem’ries that won’t sway,

moments cherished, ever lively.

I confess I am the guilty,

for igniting wild desire,

with no cure to quench the fire,

I confess I am the guilty.
