A Vision of Contentment

A Vision of Contentment
I walked along the winding trails,
With nature's fragrance soft and sweet,
Lost in beauty, lost in charm,
Where earth and sky in whispers meet.
The birds, they chattered all around,
Their songs like echoes in the air,
Until a voice, so soft, so pure,
Awoke my heart from silent prayer.
I turned to seek the source so fair,
And there she stood in meadow green,
With hills behind and skies so blue,
A sight like none I’d ever seen.
Her brown hair danced in golden light,
Her white attire, serene and bright,
She smiled with grace, with soulful eyes,
A vision born of dreams' delight.
In that one moment, joy complete,
No wish remained, no word was found,
For in her gaze, I knew at last,
Contentment's height, so vast, profound.
