Whispers Beneath the Cherry Sky
In twilight's hush, the meadow sleeps,
Where silence through the soft grass creeps.
A lone soul stands beneath a tree,
As blossoms fall in reverie.
The petals drift like a whispered song,
Of love that waits, though winds are strong.
Above, the sky in hues unfold—
Of lavender dreams and rose gold.
Far off, beneath a lantern’s glow,
Another heart beats soft and slow.
Between the two, a light unseen,
A thread of fate, both still and keen.
A palace faded, lost in time,
Stands still beyond the twilight’s rhyme.
Yet in the stillness, peace takes flight,
As shadows blend with fading light.
Their eyes are closed, but hearts remain—
Entwined beyond all worldly chain.
Not sight, but soul, becomes the guide—
Two kindred spirits, unified.
