Love hurts when you don't have the joy of conquering what you love. Love hurts when you don't have the joy of staying with what you love, love hurts when you don't have the joy of being reciprocated and loved. 

Love hurts when death arrives and alters what was planned, love hurts when the life of the loved one hangs by a very thin thread, love hurts when prejudice turns the mind into darkness and obfuscates it. 

Love hurts when it is given fully and someone else takes the prize, love hurts when no matter what you do you never satisfy the thirst for those you work for and nothing is enough for them. 

Although love hurts, it is the only thing that fills the soul, the heart rejoices and renews the strength of your daily effort. Oh contradiction! For love you live and for it you sometimes die. ⚜️
