Light in the Darkness
In the realm of bleak despair, where shadows sway and grip,
A radiant angel emerged, with light her guiding whip.
With tender love and care, she eased my heart's deep strain,
Her lamp a beacon of hope, amidst despair's refrain.
As a child savors every bite, keeping the best for last,
I'll cherish thoughts of you, till the daylight's past.
She brushed against my soul, a feather-light embrace,
Banishing pain's dominion, leaving not a trace.
Her gaze, a gentle moonbeam, in the cloak of night's abyss,
Nuzzling me in darkness, with a comforting kiss.
Unshackling stars from the night, breaking its binding chain,
Restoring the world's splendor, where brilliance shall reign.
She stands as radiant light, amid the darkest hour,
Inspiring, enlightening with her guiding power.
A lighthouse in the tempest, steering through the night,
Her presence, a symphony of hope, an illuminating sight.
Her grace a soothing balm, in agony's cruel domain,
A guardian, a healer, amid despair's disdain.
Her touch, a whispered solace, in sorrow's lonesome strain,
Guiding through the tempest, to a tranquil, serene terrain.
Like an artist's brush, she paints the sky anew,
With hues of hope and love, a palette ever true.
Her essence weaves a tapestry, where joy and peace combine,
An angel in the darkness, a blessing so divine.
So, let me keep you close, within dreams that I pursue,
Savoring every moment, every memory of you.
For in the depths of night, when the stars brightly gleam,
It's your light in the darkness that remains my cherished dream.
Her grace unfolds, a tale of love and light,
An angel's presence, guiding through the darkest night.
