A Beauty from the Ashes

A Beauty from the Ashes
In seclusion, she bloomed, serene and fair,
With twisted locks in the soft, dim air,
Her prowess spread in paradise’s grace,
Where lush green boughs the sky embraced.
The rarest blooms their fragrance swirled,
Draping trees like bouquets unfurled,
The universe had bid her rise,
To open splendor ‘neath the skies.
Petals of grandeur in radiant hue,
Her courage, grit, and grace broke through.
But seasons shifted, skies turned grey,
And thrill-seekers came her way.
With lust for pride, they sought to claim,
The earth was blighted, scorched in flame,
A trail of ruin, fierce and wide,
Left the world broken, torn inside.
Yet amidst the wreck, a light still shone,
As beauty glimmered, even alone,
From debris, her strength arose anew,
Forging hope in the skies so blue.
Her indomitable spirit soared,
From ash, a future she restored,
For what was shattered couldn’t defeat,
The power that surged from her roots, complete.
