Title: Fighting with Myself for Myself
I look in the mirror and see a dead body,
skin on bones, eyes full of pain.
Besides hope, I have nothing left but to slowly say goodbye to the earth.
The dawn is not coming, it infuriates suffering,
which tears the first hearts and souls into atoms – I can't change that.
And when I fade, the wind will wipe my smile away.
If there's a chance, even the slightest,
that if not me, then someone else might,
regain life and escape hell,
then I will sigh quietly: Thank you, God.
Cancer is not a death sentence. You just have to believe
that the night will bring sweet relief.
